I have 15 years’ experience in residential and commercial properties throughout the Philadelphia area and inner ring suburbs. In my former life, I practiced law in Philadelphia in the areas of Premises and Products Liability, which translated beautifully into having a deep understanding of how houses “work” and Contract Law, not to mention completing two personal renovations and two other flips.

I live with my family in Wynnewood in a 1941 stone home and previously lived in Fishtown until 2011 and West Germantown until 2019. I am originally a native of Rochester, NY (go Wegmans!) and attended undergrad at Eugene Lang in New York City and University of Rochester, where I received a BA in Political Science in 1998. I attended Law School at State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where I received a Juris Doctor in 2003 and became a member of the PA Bar as well in 2003.  I practiced in Philly for 2 1/2 years before making the leap to real estate, my true love.

Sal is a veteran real estate agent who has called Philadelphia his home for over 20 years. He has lived all over the city in everything from a 6 bedroom Victorian townhouse he restored in South Philly, to a rehabbed house in Graduate Hospital, to his current home: new construction in Northern Liberties.

In his previous life, he had over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry as a data analyst, which gives him the eye for detail and makes him a “numbers guy” that supplements his love of real estate. Sal holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management.

Sal is well versed in every aspect of real estate sales – and there’s not a question you can ask him he hasn’t heard. He has a great knack for helping first time home buyers as well as investors, move-up buyers and renters alike.

When Sal isn’t selling houses, you can find him riding his motorcycle, cooking, baking, restoring old technology including antique radios and clocks, collecting mid-century furniture, working on cars and singing in various choruses.

Rich has a wealth of knowledge of Philadelphia acquired from a life time of  living and working in the city. He has fond memories of touring the inner-city with his father as they worked together in various business ventures.  In addition to his Associates Degree in Fine Arts he earned a BA  in graphic design from Rutgers-Camden University. The DNA of many single and multi-family new construction projects in Brewerytown and Strawberry Mansion is based on the building blocks of Marco‘s previous work as a “Wholesaler,” or off-market real estate buyer, for a leading Lower North Philadelphia development company.
A native reared in East Oak Lane, Marco excels and enjoys employing non-traditional, creative solutions to connecting buyers and sellers.  In off-market acquisitions, he liaised between buyer, seller and title officers to help ensure clear and transferable title in a multitude of complex, dynamic transactions.  On the investment end, he understands appreciation, ROI and the science of real estate valuation.  An insider from a full scale building company, he also has a sense of construction-quality and an appreciation of “Shovel-to-Sale” real estate development.
Marco is not just an advocate for the best comparative value or peak sales price, but of aesthetics.  He follows trends in interior design, appreciates architectural history, follows the world of high-fashion, and has an affinity for Danish Mid-Century modern teak furniture and Contemporary art.
A trained cook and gourmand, Marco often indulges in local Southeast Asian culinary adventures.  He is the owner of a workman’s row in Sharswood on a most quaint, historic, tiny block just beyond the north end of Girard College’s great wall.
